After revealing the jersey numbers rookies will wear for the 2024 campaign, the Las Vegas Raiders announced a slew of jersey number changes for other players.
According to the team, quarterback Aidan O’Connell will be switching from No. 4 to No. 12. Two notable Raiders quarterbacks have worn that number in the past, including Rich Gannon and Ken Stabler.
Running back Zamir White will be going back to his college days, changing from No. 35 to No. 3 after donning the number at Georgia. But he isn’t the only running back going with a different number, as Ameer Abdullah is going from No. 22 to No. 8, which was also his college number.
On the defensive side of the ball, safety Tre’von Moehrig moved from No. 25 to No. 7 earlier this offseason. Joining him is defensive lineman Marquan McCall, who switches from No. 96 to No. 52.
